Payment & Cancellation Policy

• One-Off Walks: Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
   
• Regular Bookings: Payment must be made weekly or monthly in advance. If payment has not been received by Sunday evening, walks for the following week will not go ahead.
   
• Cancellations: Walks cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. If I am able to postpone the walk to a later day/date, I will always try but regret this is not always possible due to pre-existing commitments. 

• Dog Boarding: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance due one week before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
